So, Soul Calibur IV. All right, the whole throw-away addition of Darth Vader and Yoda as playable characters aside, I need to know what happened to the character designs.

I mean, hey, I love boobs and slutty character designs. But the design for Ivy is just a little ridiculous. But then again, why is Namco of America censoring it in the artwork? I believed it's summed up nicely by Majoria's News: " . . . that's just a retarded censorship for a game about chopping people with swords."

But, the slutty ninja design by the artist from Gantz is pretty sweet.

Also, RIP Andy. I remember the first time I met him and all the ECAU guys at Katsusnowcon (whatever year that was; I drink too much to remember). He was almost completely removed from the situation and solely into his art. I bought many a print from him, the first of which was the pic of Tron Bonne commanding the Servbots to attack. And then afterwords, I got some commissions and got my friends to get commissions from him. My favorite Andy commission was one of the Servbots pimping Tron Bonne. And that's the only description I gave him. That's all you needed to do with Andy. You didn't need to give him elaborate directions. All you needed to give him was the main theme and maybe a couple of highlights. This is getting long. Once again, RIP Andy.
